Service Description

We provide mobile pet grooming services in Glasgow and surrounding areas. Our services include bathing, brushing, styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other grooming procedures for dogs and cats.

Service availability is subject to scheduling constraints and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our service area or capacity.

Booking and Appointments

Appointment requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until you receive email confirmation from us. We will contact you within 24 hours to verify appointment details and availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet, including breed, size, temperament, and any health concerns. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in service refusal or additional charges.

A responsible adult must be present throughout the grooming appointment. We cannot perform services without supervision.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of £20.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, staff illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates.

Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website are base rates for standard grooming services. Final pricing may vary based on your pet's size, coat condition, behavior, and specific requirements.

Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved before we begin the service. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the grooming session.

We accept cash and bank transfers. Prices include all standard products and equipment needed for the service.

Service Limitations and Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• A pet displays aggressive behavior that poses a safety risk
• A pet's health condition requires veterinary attention rather than grooming
• The working environment is unsafe or unsuitable
• You have outstanding unpaid invoices
• You have violated these terms of use

If we must stop a service due to pet behavior or health concerns, you will be charged for the portion of service completed.

Health and Safety

You must inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities your pet has before the appointment. This includes recent surgeries, skin conditions, arthritis, seizure disorders, or anxiety issues.

Our services are cosmetic grooming only. We are not veterinarians and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. If we observe potential health concerns during grooming, we will notify you and recommend veterinary consultation.

You agree to ensure your pet is current on vaccinations and flea treatments. We may refuse service to pets with active flea infestations.

Liability and Indemnification

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and professional grooming, certain risks are inherent in pet grooming services. These may include minor nicks during nail trimming, stress reactions, or pre-existing conditions becoming apparent during grooming.

We maintain liability insurance for our services. However, we are not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions, aggressive pet behavior, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless branch-loop and its staff from any claims arising from your pet's behavior or undisclosed health conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of branch-loop and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

We may photograph pets during grooming for business purposes such as marketing materials or social media. If you do not consent to photography, inform us before the appointment.
