Coverage Area
We serve all Glasgow neighborhoods and extend to surrounding communities within a fifteen-mile radius of the city center. This includes Paisley, East Kilbride, Clydebank, and other nearby towns.
If you're located further out, contact us to discuss availability. We occasionally accommodate requests outside our standard service area depending on scheduling.
Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week ahead, especially during peak seasons. However, we often have same-week availability for established clients or during quieter periods.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Yes. We require a responsible adult to be present throughout the grooming session. This ensures your pet's comfort and allows us to ask questions if needed.
What if my pet has never been groomed before?
First-time grooming appointments are scheduled with extra time built in. We take a gradual approach, allowing your pet to become comfortable with the process. Some animals need multiple sessions to fully acclimate.
Can you groom aggressive or anxious pets?
We work with many nervous animals successfully. However, if a pet shows signs of genuine distress or defensive aggression, we may pause the session and recommend working with a behavioral specialist first. Safety for both the animal and groomer is our priority.
What space do you need in my home?
We need an area roughly six feet by six feet with access to water and electricity. Most clients use their kitchen, bathroom, or utility room. We bring protective coverings to prevent mess.
Do you provide services for exotic pets?
Our expertise is with dogs and cats. We don't groom rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, or other exotic species as they require specialized knowledge we don't currently offer.
