How We Started
We launched our mobile service after working in traditional grooming salons across Glasgow for over a decade. What we noticed repeatedly was the stress that transportation and unfamiliar environments placed on animals.
Some pets would shake during the entire visit. Others refused to cooperate simply because they felt unsafe. Owners would apologize for their pet's behavior, but the real problem wasn't the animal — it was the setting.
Home visits solve this. Your dog or cat stays in their own space. They recognize the smells, sounds, and surroundings. The grooming happens in a location where they already feel secure.
What Guides Our Work
Every animal has different tolerance levels. Some enjoy the grooming process, while others need patience and gradual acclimation.
We don't force procedures. If a pet shows genuine distress, we pause, adjust our approach, or reschedule for another attempt. Forcing compliance creates negative associations that make future grooming harder, not easier.
Our groomers are trained in low-stress handling techniques. We read body language, respect boundaries, and work at the pace your pet can handle. This takes more time than assembly-line grooming, but it produces better outcomes.

What Happens During a Visit
We arrive at your scheduled time with all necessary equipment. Setup takes about ten minutes — we prepare our workspace in a way that minimizes mess and disruption to your home.
The grooming session length depends on your pet's size, coat condition, and cooperation level. We don't rush. Most appointments range from forty-five minutes to ninety minutes.
After completion, we clean the area thoroughly. You shouldn't need to do any additional cleanup once we leave. We dispose of all fur, used products, and waste materials ourselves.
Coverage Area
We serve all Glasgow neighborhoods and extend to surrounding communities within a fifteen-mile radius. Scheduling availability varies by location, with city center appointments typically easier to accommodate on short notice.
